The Matter

Dear Sir,

 

I am Mr.Tanko Adams, an accountant with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture (FMA), Nigeria. I am seeking a trustworthy foreign partner to facilitate the transfer of US Fifteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand USD, which resulted from an over-invoiced contract awarded to an expatriate company through my private connection.

 

The contract has been completed, and the payment has been made to the original contractor, leaving the excess amount of Fifteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand USD, which I wish to transfer to your account.
